  • Cache TTLs: market data 5min, news 15min, calendar 1hr
  • If an API fails, stale cached data (up to 24hr) is returned with a stale indicator
  • Output is automatically truncated to fit Telegram's 4096 character limit
  • Economic calendar events are bundled in the package at oakley_finance/references/economic_calendar_template.json
