何时触发

按“容器 -> 布局 -> 内容 -> 断点”顺序定位：

  1. 容器约束：固定宽度、min-width、缺失 max-width: 100%。
  2. Flex/Grid：flex 子项缺少 min-width: 0、小屏列数过多。
  3. 媒体资源：图片/视频缺失响应式约束，背景图裁切策略不当。
  4. 长文本：URL/长英文未换行导致撑破布局。
  5. 断点一致性：是否存在“组件各写各的断点”导致断裂。

Phase 2：移动端专项

  1. Safe Area：底部操作栏、弹窗底栏是否使用 env(safe-area-inset-*)。
  2. 高度策略：100vh 在 iOS 动态地址栏场景下的抖动与裁切。
  3. 滚动治理：弹窗打开后是否锁定背景滚动，是否滚动穿透。
  4. Fixed/Sticky：与键盘、地址栏、手势区域的冲突。
  5. 性能体感（按需）：首屏、滚动、图片懒加载、主线程阻塞。

Phase 3：修复与回归

  1. 对每个问题给出最小改动修复方案。
  2. 给出替代方案及取舍（兼容性/复杂度）。
  3. 给出明确回归清单（设备、断点、场景）。
